UX/UI

Websites and interfaces that feel logical from the first click

For websites, webshops and applications where users get stuck, hesitate or need too much explanation. We make routes, screens and choices easier to understand.

  • OutputInsight or executable design

The problem

Users search for the right function, forms demand too much attention or important actions lose emphasis on mobile. The interface can support desired behaviour more strongly.

The solution

We analyse content, hierarchy, routes, interactions and accessibility. Then we translate friction into concrete improvements, wireframes or a full interface design.

UX/UI concept

From flow to logical screen.

First we make the route visible. Then we translate it into a wireframe, clear screen choices and interface states.

  • User flow
  • Wireframe
  • Worked-out screen
Illustrative UX/UI concept: a possible task flow with wireframe and interface states, intended to make design decisions discussable.

What do we mean?

UX/UI without jargon.

We look at what someone wants to do, how clear the route is and how the screen supports that.

UX

Route and logic

How the page, flow or interface works for the user: structure, order, choices, clarity and task completion.

UI

Screen and feeling

How it looks and feels: layout, hierarchy, buttons, states, spacing, readability and visual calm.

Review

Find friction

A focused check of an existing website, page or interface to make friction and improvement points visible.

Fits well when

You want to know why users drop off or get stuck.

  • Many customers ask the same usage questions.
  • An important flow has too many steps.
  • The mobile experience can become stronger.
  • A new site or application needs to become logical first.

Works best with

Insight into user questions and room to test choices.

  • Support questions, analytics or the current flow are available.
  • Functions and content may be sharpened.
  • There is room to test design choices.
  • We agree upfront which behaviour and signals we assess.

What a review delivers

No vague advice, but concrete improvements.

A UX/UI review shows where the route creates friction and which adjustments are logical. After that you can choose advice only, focused improvement or a full design.

  • Overview of friction points
  • Priority list
  • Improvement advice per page or flow
  • Wireframe suggestions
  • Interface points of attention
  • Accessibility and usability points
  • Concrete next steps for design or development
  • Handover for implementation

Levels

From review to full design.

You do not always need to start a complete design process immediately. We choose the level that fits the question.

01

Review

For an existing website, page or interface where you first want to know what is unclear.

02

Improvement advice

For focused adjustments to structure, flow, copy, buttons, forms or mobile screens.

03

Full design

For new websites, web applications, dashboards or flows that need to be worked out logically from the base.

Process

Designing from task, context and use.

01

Understand

We map goals, users, tasks and current friction points.

02

Flow

We organise information, choices and steps into a logical route.

03

Interface

We design clear screens and consistent interaction patterns.

04

Check

We test design, responsiveness and critical scenarios.

Investment

From focused review to full product design.

From EUR 350

UX/UI review from EUR 350, landing page design from EUR 650, full website design from EUR 1,250 and app or dashboard design on request.

What determines the scope?

Number of screens, complexity of roles and states, available research, desired prototypes and depth of handover.

Quality criteria

An interface must remain understandable when nobody explains it.

01

Findable

Important information and functions are where users expect them.

02

Predictable

Buttons, feedback, errors and navigation behave consistently.

03

Accessible

Text, contrast, focus and controls support different users and devices.

Frequently asked questions

What you can expect from UX/UI.

What is the difference between UX and UI?

UX is about task, structure and user experience. UI is about the visual and interactive execution. A strong design needs both.

Is a UX review enough?

A review is suitable when you first want to understand priorities. For a completely new product, flows, wireframes and UI design are usually needed.

Do you also build the design?

For websites and suitable web solutions, implementation can be part of the assignment. With separate design processes, we agree the handover upfront.

Which research information helps?

Real support questions, analytics or conversations make choices more reliable. When data is limited, we clearly document the assumptions used.

Can an existing design system be used?

Yes. We work with existing components and rules when they are usable, and point out where extension is needed.

Can your interface be clearer?

Send the current website, flow or screens and tell us where users get stuck. Then we determine whether a review or design process fits.
