2. Which personal data do we process?
Depending on the contact or collaboration, we may process the following data:
- Name, company name and contact details.
- Information you share in a contact request, email or WhatsApp message.
- Project information, feedback, files, agreements and correspondence.
- Invoice and payment details when an agreement is created.
- Technical request data such as IP address, time, browser information and error messages that may be processed by hosting and security systems.
Do not send special categories of personal data, passwords or other sensitive information unless we explicitly ask for this in advance and agree on a secure route.
3. Why do we process personal data?
We only use personal data for concrete purposes:
- To answer your question and prepare an introduction or proposal.
- To perform an agreement, plan projects and deliver work.
- To handle administration, invoicing and legal obligations.
- To keep the website and digital services safe and reliable.
- To maintain a business relationship where there is a legitimate interest.
The legal basis is, depending on the situation, your request before an agreement, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation, consent or a legitimate business interest.
5. How long do we keep data?
- Separate contact requests without follow-up: in principle up to 12 months.
- Project and customer correspondence: as long as needed for the collaboration, aftercare and possible claims.
- Financial administration: for the statutory tax retention period.
- Technical logs: according to the security and retention periods of the hosting provider used and no longer than necessary.
Data may be kept longer when this is needed for a legal dispute or legal obligation.
6. Your privacy rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You can also object to processing or withdraw previously given consent.
Send your request to privacy@hasselt-media.nl. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. In principle, we respond within one month.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, including secure connections, limited access, server validation, spam reduction and separate storage of secret configuration. No system is completely without risk; therefore report suspected misuse as soon as possible.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
